The Royal Gardens Townhouse Community is located along Ypao Road In Tamuning Guam.  The community includes 144 townhomes, a swimming pool, two tennis courts, a children's playground and basketball court. The Royal Gardens Homeowner's Association is governed by a nine member all volunteers board.
