On the Royal Gardens website click on MEMBERS, then click on Pavilion Reservation Form.  Print and complete the form and submit to the manager's office along a security deposit of $100.00 to secure the date.  

You can pay your common area fee at Century 21 Realty Management office on Marine Corps Drive in Tamuning.  You can optionally pay your common area fee by mail.  Payments are not accepted at the on-site Royal Gardens office.
