We would like to inform you that ongoing pigeon control service will take place throughout the month of August 2024. The efforts will be conducted in phases, with the first phase involving the heaviest activity in G-Street.

 

For residents in the buildings included in the first phase, I may contact you directly to arrange access to your balconies. PESTEX has determined that their "Bait and Trap" method is the most effective procedure at this time. They will need access to certain balconies at various times throughout August 2024 to set traps and retrieve the pigeons.

 

After the initial service, there will be an assessment to determine the next steps going forward.
